As you are aware Roundthorn are currently working towards the Wellbeing Award for Schools. Roundthorn strives to provide children and staff with strategies to develop and build on their resilience as well as providing them with opportunities to develop their own emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. We recognise that wellbeing is a continuum of need and people may find challenges throughout their school life. This is developed through the Well Educated Child and Roundthorn ‘s curriculum offer as well as bespoke and tailored interventions which adapt to the needs of the school community. In continuing to develop this ethos we strive to create an environment which supports the emotional, physical and mental being of all. We will regularly update you on the progress towards the Wellbeing Award and how you can support Roundthorn in achieving the award.
